House Deal

House has 200 fixed seats. 30 foot ceilings and complete balcony. The house charges $275. This $275 (plus 10% of ticket sales for sales tax and promoter cost) covers the cost of sound engineer, one staff, cleaning fee and a $35 concessions tab for the band.

Also included in the fee is Cullis Entertainment to promote the show (along with the artist promoter) with various newspapers and radio stations via a media list we would be happy to share with the artist.

After the $275 is met all ticket income less 5% sales tax and 5% to Cullis Entertainment for promoting/poster placement and supplying ticket outlets will go to Artist.

This $275 is to cover fixed cost to staff that show. Show must have a minimum of 50 customers buying concessions. All shows with less than 50 paying customers may be subject to surcharges to offset expenses. Sell sell sell…….. Hard Tickets can be shipped to the artist/promoter in advance.

Ticket prices vary and will be established by the house and the artist/agent. House will advertise in news paper print, radio, e mails and posters.

All (100%) merchandise sales will go to the artist; house will help sell if possible.  Artist is expected to promote the show and or have a promoter. Artist/promoter should supply a door person. All art work, webs sites and my space addresses must be in before a show can be posted on the web site. Posters need to be e mailed to pauldidwell@aol.com  & rcullis47@aol.com  ASAP. House must be able to edit posters. House will pay for printing 10 posters to hang in the theater.

All requests for an artist guarantee will be considered however the guarantee is mitigated with a higher dollar amount to the house. All artist booked must advance the show at least 5 days in advance with Paul Finnican 704 534 1122. 

Sound check is 5pm; host is Roger Cullis -704 609 6149.   Artist/agent should call Roger the day of the show to confirm load in. Everyone loves this venue, it’s about the music. It’s not a place for conversation but whispering is okay, we sell wine and beer but it’s not a bar. It’s a non – smoking all age’s million dollar venue and we mingle in first run G & PG movies from Hollywood to round out the affordable entertainment people are asking for.
